Chilling Adventures of Sabrina – Review

Whilst it isn’t the teenage witch you’ll remember, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is a welcome, darker take on the classic story that follows Sabrina Spellman in her teenage years, struggling between her dual nature of being half witch, half mortal.

The Haunting of Hill House – Review

I saw a comment that described The Haunting of Hill House as “horror meets This is Us” which I completely agree with. The Haunting of Hill House manages to tell a beautiful, bittersweet story about a broken family, with themes of love, loss and sacrifice woven throughout, under the guise of a haunted house horror, and it pulls it off flawlessly.

Dragon Quest XI – Review

This review is almost a month late, but I wanted to finish off the game before writing my opinion. Dragon Quest XI is the newest mainline entry in the classic JRPG series. Though it came out in Japan last year, it finally came westward on the PS4 and Steam back in September.
