To-be captains, we’ve got some news for you. There’s now an Age of Water delay for launch, it’ll be coming out a week later on April 25th.
News of the Age of Water delay comes from the developer’s official announcement on Steam.
The community for the game was already speculating a delay, as the release was originally set for the 18th—but there had been radio silence from the developers regarding the launch and price.
Now the Age of Water developers has broken that silence—’humbly’ asking for fans to ‘wait one more week’. You can read the complete statement down below:
Dear Captains!
The weather these days is stormy, and we had to postpone your Age of Water journey just a little bit. The new planned embarkation date is April 25th, a whole week later than we originally announced.
The reason is that our new and improved voice-over needs one good last polish. So we decided to take our time and make sure that you’ll be getting a perfect post-apocalyptic experience.
Sorry for that. We hope we did not mess with your weekend plans too much.
Looking forward to seeing you online on 25th!
We’ve covered the water MMO previously, describing the world and gameplay you can expect. Also, it’s a great sign the developers want the launch to be as good as possible.
