Are you wondering about Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream crossplay? If so, you’re in luck. Bandai Namco’s upcoming anime game will feature crossplay at launch.
Fractured Daydream is the newest entry in the Sword Art Online game franchise and is planned to launch later this year. It recently had a beta test that concluded back in March—which you can read more about here.
It is the first large-scale multiplayer adventure game based on the Sword Art Online series. It’s a co-op action game, and features various game modes—including 20-player raids similar to MMORPG games.
Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream crossplay will be available at launch for all platforms—PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series S|X and PlayStation 5.
This marks one of the first times that Bandai Namco will include crossplay for a game at launch. Hopefully, this becomes the norm for the company—as they have also recently updated Dragon Ball Breakers with cross play, too.
In Fractured Daydream, all the previous worlds and timelines seen in the Sword Art Online franchise have collided—creating a unique setting known as Galaxia. So, whether you’re a fan of the first season of the anime, or love Gun Gale Online—there’s a diverse cast.
