You should read My Best Friend’s Exorcism by Grady Hendrix

Set during the 1980s at the peak of satanic panic, My Best Friend’s Exorcism follows Abby and Gretchen as they face off against the devil and highschool life.

This book manages to capture all the fun of a great Summer horror movie whilst giving you a glimpse into the life of a teenage girl well.

You’ll Float Two! IT Part 2 Review

The opening for IT Part 2 is the most brutal and cruel scene I’ve ever watched. It also does a perfect job at setting the tone for the rest of the film, and what to expect.

In a good way, the scene is more raw and horrifying than what I imagined when I read the book. On that note, who said movies can’t be more terrifying than your imagination?

Is it worth watching ‘The A List’ on Netflix?

The A List is a British thriller series that originally premiered in the UK last year, but finally made its way international on Netflix, August 30th.

It follows Mia (played by Lisa Ambalavanar), on a remote island for a summer camp, that quickly takes a terrifying turn. Is it worth the watch?

A bloody good time, literally, The Meg by author Steve Alten is a thorougly enjoyable read. It is engaging and will keep you drawn from start to finish as you tear through the pages. The book is comparable to the Crichton classic, Jurassic Park but with sharks!
